Line testing is a fundamental part of line safety. On-site facilities including a 50 ton test bench which allows DURATEC ROPE to offer an all-in-one service that includes the testing and guaranteeing of line quality. All re-braided rope is tested for safety according to the expected breaking break loads and certified for safe use.
We use industrial polymer products for the coating of rope, specifically to provide various levels of abrasion resistance. TrueKote CS 100 provides a high build flexible rubber coating which is recommended for coating rope specifically in high abrasion areas where in addition to resistance to abrasion, flexibility is required. Purecast 603 provides the highest levels of abrasion resistance and durability.
