We use industrial polymer products for the coating of rope, specifically to provide various levels of abrasion resistance. TrueKote CS 100 provides a high build flexible rubber coating which is recommended for coating rope specifically in high abrasion areas where in addition to resistance to abrasion, flexibility is required. Purecast 603 provides the highest levels of abrasion resistance and durability.
Purecast 603 is a US military specification product used in the manufacture of helicopter lifting slings where the highest levels of abrasion resistence are required.
All of these product come in 18 colours pigments.
We also provide DYNEEMA™ covering of high abrasions areas. DYNEEMA™ is an especially slippery material, which makes it ideal for use in covering areas particularly exposed to high abrasion.
